3 DAYS BISHOPS COLLEGE

Grace and peace be upon you and your family. I hope this invitation letter finds
you well.
The above council hereby invite you to a bishops college which will be held from
the 30th March to 1st April 2022. It will be held in Pretoria, Hotel 224. Meetings
will start at 9H00am to 16h00 daily. Registration for the college is R2500. You can
catch the early bird special of R2300 if you register on or before 10 March 2022.
You will be expected to wear your clerical shirt especially on the opening day.
When you pay please put your name as reference and bring the proof of payment

Accommodation is available at Hotel 224 for a special price of R980 per night,
breakfast and dinner are included. You are to contact Hotel 224 on 012 4405281 to
make your bookings.
During the college we will have tea at 9H00 and 15h00 and lunch at 12h30. Among
others these are topics to be covered: History of bishopric, Bishop and politics,
Apostolic succession and Vestments, bishops code of conduct, health and wellness
of a bishop, church administration, life after ministry/retirement, protocol, etc.
The general theme is the relevance of the bishopric in the 21st century.
